Everyone loves the moment they get to put away their heavy winter attire and replace their closet with happy colors for spring.  Brights are a summer instinct for every wardrobe, but Scarlet pays close attention to how this summer session executes brights to get them right.

I stumbled over the picture below and it immediately put a HUGE smile on my face from ear to ear.  The same should be true with your wardrobe.  Clothes have the power to release emotions and set off feelings. Your outerwear should reflect your mood and put a smile on your face.

Here are my favorite outfits with trendy colors taken straight off a skittles package, which look great on every women no matter what shape or size. My advice, have fun with color combining different colors with contrasting textures, polishing off a look with an exciting scarf.
